Stress Due to Broken Relationships with Couples


Bad things can happen to just anyone, like when people stay away from us, sometimes it can have more serious consequences such as experiencing stress, because when other people stay away from us maybe in us will ask "why do they stay away from me?"

Even in this modern era, stress can increase because of social media that is used, just because many people are bullying us, then we become moody and think about it more deeply.

However, feeling stressed because a break up has become common, either because the trend has changed there or indeed the characteristics of our society.

There are things we need to do when we find ourselves or the people around us experiencing stress
Namely by giving them warmth and hugs, scientifically hugs can relieve and provide security for people who are hugged.

However, in seeing the symptoms of stress, we cannot see the symptoms directly, in this era of social media, when our friends write more status on their social media, especially those who feel sad, we can expect that they need an escape from their condition.

Because at this time, not all people can face meeting with other people easily, many prefer to release their hearts through the internet, because it is anonymous and unlimited.

Therefore we as close people who know their condition, we should approach those who are stressed and try to be open to give love to them, or just to be the place to confide.

Experiencing stressful conditions is very difficult because of the world feels devastated, there is no motivation for life, to the stage of depression which can eventually lead to suicidal ideation.

At least when we offer warmth and affection to them, we can prevent the person from experiencing further effects, and that means we have saved one life and that is the person closest to us.

Do not underestimate a stress condition even if it is trivial, everyone has different levels in dealing with a condition, because underestimating the small things mean we underestimate the big things.
If you are a person who is experiencing stress try to go to a psychologist to get better service, or at least try to tell your closest friends who want to listen to your complaints and current conditions.

Also be sure to continue the spirit of living life, because life is not only about your relationship with your partner, life is about providing benefits to society and making the best contribution to the world.

For those of you who feel stressed out, don't be discouraged, you are a person who is being tested by God to get through difficult things in your life.
